Digital Environment Thumbnail

9 random environments thumbnails

To make a good thumbnail is by creating clear shapes and silhouettes. The black and white monochrome is used to indicate the distance of objects in a drawing. Both of which I feel like I am not good with at all.
This is the first time in 3 years I use photoshop as my usual program I use to draw is call ClipStudioPaint, I have to dust up my skill a bit to do this work
It is also the first time I use Cintiq or a Wacom stand to work, so it was quite a challenge to change up my setting and environment.

Final Pieces and Initial ideas

Given that all of the settings are new to me, I'm pleased with how the thumbnails turned out. However, I have a lot of room for improvement in my work. In the future, I'd like to improve the shapes and silhouettes clearer, as well as the overall composition of the image. It would be wonderful if I could include storytelling in a picture by adding creatures or make the drawing feel more “ alive “ somehow with movements.
